1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Azraa provides an online platform that connects buyers and sellers of automotive products. We act as a facilitator of these transactions but are not a direct party to the contracts between buyers and sellers, except as explicitly stated for escrow services.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use some features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers must accurately describe items, fulfill orders promptly, and comply with all applicable consumer protection laws (e.g., CGA in New Zealand). Prohibited items (e.g., stolen goods, illegal modifications) must not be listed.

5. Fees and Payments

We charge a success fee on completed sales. All fees are stated in NZD and include GST unless otherwise noted. Payments are processed securely via our payments partner.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azraa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
